Dr Claire Ingram
Dr Claire Ingram is a lecturer in Computer Science at the University of York, and a member of the world-renowned safety teaching team.
Claire has a background in Computer Science, with a PhD in empirical techniques examining early stage software engineering design. As a postdoctoral researcher in CS she contributed to many large-scale international research projects studying early-stage design with techniques and methods that span engineering and technical disciplines and organisational boundaries. Over her career she has worked in academic research as well as in commercial applications, specialising in software and system design.
