Hello grid users,

I have made the long.q a bit beefier by tripling the slots available to it (reflecting the tripling of slots on the entire grid).  This was agreed some time ago but only got round to doing it now.  Please object if you think it's a bad idea.

Also, I have noticed that Sitsofe is running some jobs but only utilising half the grid at a time.  This may be by design, but feel free to blitz take up all the slots, as the scheduling policy should ensure fair access :)
