Hi All,

The current maximum array job size on the grid is 75000.

This limit is too low for an experiment I wish to run, so I plan to 
increase the limit.  I can't see any reason to place an arbitrary limit, 
so I intend to set it to the maximum value of 2^31-1.

As there should be zero impact on end-users (thanks to Jan's fair 
scheduling policy), I'll go ahead and do this: please do let me know if 
you have any objections.
