 During the university vacation periods I go around and clean the screens – keyboards and mice in the student’s software labs.
 I am the printer/super user of the printers within the department and a member of the university printer super user team. I have to respond to printer issues within the department when notified either by e-mail or verbal. To report through any ongoing issues or issues that I am unable to fix through to the onsite engineer. I also have to replace the toner cartridges within the printers and also have to restock the printers with paper when required. I also have to check on a weekly basis the paper store cupboards beside each printer to ensure they are fully stocked with paper.
 I also look after the departmental stationery store which seems me doing regular checks – restocking it when required. Also purchasing stationery through the university ordering system. Dealing with special stationery requests from members of the department. Also getting in members of staff requests for diaries – ordering them and delivering them to the members of staff.
