Rob Davis elected Vice-Chair of the IEEE Technical Committee on Real-Time Systems (TCRTS)

Rob Davis has been elected as the Vice-Chair of the IEEE Technical Committee on Real-Time Systems for 2022-23 and subsequently to Chair for 2024-25.

Congratulations to Rob Davis who was elected to the position of Vice-Chair of the IEEE Technical Committee on Real-Time Systems (TCRTS) for 2022-23, and subsequently (automatically) to Chair for 2024-25.

TCRTS provides a foundation for the real-time systems research community, promoting a culture of research excellence, opportunity, openness, diversity, and engagement. Chairing the TCRTS Executive Committee is the premier academic citizenship role in this community, and represents a substantial opportunity to contribute to its vitality and sustainability.

Rob is both honoured and delighted to have been elected and is looking forward to all of the hard work necessary to be an effective and pro-active vice-Chair and then Chair of TCRTS for the benefit of the real-time systems community as a whole.
