Abstract: This talk will explore through a variety of personal stories the importance of voice and stories in the wake of the Black Lives matter, the MeToo movement, has Race, Equality, diversity, and inclusion delivered on the promises we made, through the cracks has the light managed to get in and been a catalyst for change or is equality diversity simply an illusion?
