The 6th York Doctoral Symposium on Computer Science (YDS 2013) will be hosted by the University of York's Department of Computer Science in association with the Department of Electronics. YDS 2013 will be held in the Ron Cooke Hub building on the new Heslington East campus.

Research Student Presentations
The symposium is an opportunity for research students to present early ideas and work-in-progress to their peers, and receive valuable feedback.
The goal of the symposium is to bring together doctoral students from around the UK and Europe to share and exchange their research and ideas with others. The hope is that by bringing students together from a wide range of areas, we can promote interdisciplinary research, as well as allow doctoral students to gain experience presenting their work to colleagues.
