Implementing the Styx Network Protocol in Hardware

Communication between ubiquitous devices has become a major challenge in recent years. There is a lack of proper inter-operable solution for devices implimenting different communication technologies (eg. zigbee, bluetooth, etc.). This paper focuses on inter-operability difficulties/issues faced by various such devices. We also present a solution - the Styx networking protocol and its implmentation in hardware that provides a transparent, ease-to-use interface for the required inter-operability.
