Yeah all.q is absolutely fine. If you can't get your jobs under 24 hours for whatever reason, then long.q is limit free but uses fewer machines :)
Also, you can queue a boat load of jobs all in one go and the grid will schedule fairly if other people submit after you :) No need for fancy periodic submission script or anything like that :)
