DTU Informatics (http://www.imm.dtu.dk) would like to invite
applications for a 3-year PhD position starting September 1, 2012 or
soon hereafter, in the Section for Software Engineering. The position is
affiliated with the project IRMAR financed by the Danish Research Council.

Project Description
===================
The goal of the IRMAR project is to model waste processes from the
generation of waste to the disposal of waste and to describe their
effect on the environment. In particular, IRMAR intends to model the
recycling potential of waste.

This PhD project aims to provide a theoretical and methodological
framework for the development of domain specific languages for
environmental science. In particular, the interest is in building domain
specific languages that allow researchers to easily build new types of
waste processes and new types of analysis for them.

Further Information
===================
Further information concerning the project can be obtained from
Associate Professor Hubert Baumeister (mailto:hub@imm.dtu.dk) who is the
intended supervisor.

Application deadline is August 12. Applications should be submitted
