Information on the pUML OOPSLA workshop (Refactoring the UML) can now be found on the following website: http://www.cs.colostate.edu/OOPSLA2000-workshop25 Please consider submitting a position paper. Deadline is Sept. 1. We would like the position papers to build on top of what has been previously presented at previous workshops and we are looking for papers that particularly address views on how the UML should evolve (arguments for and against rearchitecting; mechanisms supporting graceful evolution; etc.), OCL related issues, profiles (what IS a profile and what forms can it take?). Ofcourse papers proposing particular formal semantics are welcome, but we encourage authors to show how their proposals improve upon previous proposals. Unlike the previous OOPSLA workshop we will publish the accepted position papers in a workshop proceedings which will be available before the workshop. Send questions and suggestions for the workshop to me or any of the workshop organizers (email addresses on the website). I look forward to seeing most of you at the workshop.
