Does the existing audio track of a video provide all of the information contained within the video track? (AAV15)

Why Is This Important?

People who are partially-sighted may not be able to see videos very well and people who are blind may not be able to see them at all. If a video has an audio track, this might include a commentary or explanation of what is happening, allowing it to be accessed by people with visual disabilities. If the video does not include a commentary or explanation or does not have an audio track at all, then people with visual disabilities will not be able to determine what is happening in the video.

How To Fix The Problem

Check whether the video has an audio track and, if it does, determine whether the audio track suitably describes what is happening in the video track.
