So, thanks for you quick responses and fixes! -- Mvh Thomas H PS I am still not sure how to eliminate the space leak from the program, since the heap profile I get from NHC look rather different from the ones I get from GHC and HBC, with a peak heap use of 2.5MB with NHC vs ~1MB with GHC/HBC. But that's a different problem...
