incompatibility issue with Jbb1.11 fixed

We have updated the 'CPU Explorer' excercises. This fixes a problem where upgrading  to Jbb1.11 causes the exercises to fail to load properly. Older zip files will still be available for the moment, for those who need to stay with jbb1.10 for the moment.

 

These exercises are also incorporated with the jbb toolset zip file, and in this case they should work ok as supplied.
