Requirements Engineering

The requirements work package is principally concerned with the management of requirements specifications. Requirements management as a topic relates to traceability, change management and tool support (among other things). Inappropriate requirements management introduces unnecessary overheads and reduces the overall effectiveness of a project. The goal of the requirements strand is to provide Rolls-Royce plc with the capability to manage its requirements specifications in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
