I agree with Tim Kelly.
 
Nothing more than reflexion from members and then a shout from a moderator following inappropriate behaviour is needed.. And Tim, for effectiveness, I propose that you become the most uncivil of all in your role as moderator.
 
So please say: 
 
Stop being stupid or stop acting like an arrogant pompous ... or if you have a preference for Latin, why not go for: "Hoc est Spucatum Tauri (abbreviate to ST if you wish to be more civil)"
