I was wondering is anyone had read or has opinions on the nine page article in September 2002 issue Vanity Fair (I assume that is also out in the UK and Europe) about the A300-600 crash of AA flight 587. I thought that it was strange that such an article was in Vanity Fair but the article raises interesting questions about the A300 controls and the composite materials used in the tail/rudder.
