Second Meeting of the U.S. Software System Safety Working Group February 19-20 MIT Software allows unprecedented levels of complexity and new failure modes that are starting to overwhelm the standard approaches to ensuring safety. To share information and experience, we held the first meeting of the U.S. Software System Safety Working Group last February and are now planning a second 2-day meeting this February. The meeting will have sessions on Process, Requirements, Languages and Operating Systems (COTS), Applications, and Tools. A detailed agenda will be posted later.
