The emergence of complex networks pivots new challenges to computing system design, from the perspectives of real-time and large-scale requirements. In this talk, I will present the network analysis challenges, applications and research opportunities.  I will then present our work on dynamic programming networks-on-chip technology, which can be employed for effective real-time network analysis and management. I will also give application examples in the area of networks-on-chips, multi-core deadlock detection and brain network analysis.
