Overview of CORTEX
A key feature of AURA is its ability to handle large amounts of data. However, a locally-implemented CMM has only a finite amount of memory available, whether using hardware or software CMMs. This limitation can be solved by using scalable-AURA which creates very large CMMs over a distributed system. Distributed versions of AURA and related technologies have been implemented as a series of 'Cortex' systems.
