Numbers of applications and interviews

For any of our programmes involving single-subject Computer Science and Engineering, or Computer Science combined with Mathematics, we received the following number of applications and invited the following number of applicants for interview, in the applications year October 2009 to August 2010.

Of the 69 graduates . . .

23 33% gained Class I honours
26 38% gained Class II(i) honours
14 20% gained Class II(ii) honours
5 7% gained Class III honours
1 1% gained ordinary degrees

Three of these first-class degrees were awarded with distinction.

each bench with electronic equipment and a computer (see link below)
HWTL3 (The 'Cross Rail' lab): 16 benches for 16 students in a session,
each bench with electronic equipment and a computer (see link below)
